RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund, (Sale products not refundable)
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing customer@stylixo.pk or +92 331 5554756 with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.
- Must make order opening video and make sure the product is delivered in perfect working condition. Send that video to the Stylixo team, otherwise, your complaint will not acceptable.
- To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund after deducting delivery charges will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
- Item purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for return.
